Supported Independent Living
Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services are available in the Illawarra region. Our SIL services have modern and accessible spaces for our participants to live in comfort and security while achieving their goals.
In-Home Support Services
We can deliver you skilled and compassionate support staff to attend to you in the comfort of your own home and assist with daily living tasks and personal care.
Community Participation
Priority Pathways can provide support to enable you to participate, engage and socialise within your local community.
Short and Medium Term Accommodation
Otherwise known as Respite Services, we offer a home away from home for our participants. We provide 24 hour support staff to ensure all participants are properly supported while catering to their individual needs.
Group and Centre-Based Activities
We can provide entertaining, stimulating and inclusive group and centre-based activities that cater to our participants idea of fun.,
